What type of lift pass can I order online?
All public rate lift passes except for the 4-hour pass are sold online. You can purchase or recharge your lift pass online.
Reduced price season passes and passes bought as a gift (non-dated 1 or 6-day passes) are only sold online.
How far in advance do I need to order my lift pass?
10 days before your holiday if it is your first order. The passes are sent by post to your home address so you don’t need to go the lift pass office when you arrive.
Can I collect my passes in resort?
If you have not ordered your passes within the 10 day limit, you can collect them in resort by electing one of the following lift pass sales offices: Plagne Centre, Belle Plagne, Plagne Montalbert, Les Coches or Champagny.
If you have ordered passes previously online and have the ski cards, you can reload your lift passes up to 30 minutes before you ski.
Can I order different types of passes at the same time (e.g. a family pack and an adult pass)?
Yes. You can add whatever you want to your shopping basket.
What happens if I don’t receive my lift pass in time?

Can I just order a free lift pass for a child under 5?
A free lift pass for a child under 6 can only be ordered if another pass or insurance is being purchased. The order will only go through if there is a payment.
What form of payment is accepted when purchasing online?
All major credit or debit cards except AMEX.
Do I need a photo?
No, photos are only required for season passes.
When do I need to order my season pass?
For season passes ordered online before the 1st of December there is a 20% discount on Paradiski and la Plagne passes. After this date you can still order season passes at the public price.
What sort of photo do I need for my season pass?
The photo must be recent, in focus and a straight on view without anything on your head (e.g. hat, cap, sunglasses).
Can we benefit from a discount at the lift pass sales office?
No, group discounts are only available by ordering in advance.
